We had an excellent experience working with Ebenezer Roofing. Karen and Terry truly went above and beyond to support us throughout our roofing project. From the first conversation to final completion, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful in walking us through every step of the process and answering all our questions. We were so pleased with the quality of their work and service that we also decided to proceed with our siding through them as well. This is a family-run business, and it genuinely shows in how much care, integrity, and pride they take in their work. They offered fair and competitive pricing, met all our needs, and delivered exactly what they promised. The crew was respectful and professional on site, and the cleanup was exceptional. They even re-arranged our Halloween decorations after the work was done, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our kids were thrilled and so were we. Ebenezer Roofing were very good…kept me updated daily and cleaned the perimeter as best they could given the winter ish weather ! They will be back after spring thaw to complete the cleanup. As to their workmanship it’s harder to say as time will tell however, visually and based on their work ethic, it should be very good!

We have been delighted with the workmanship and product quality of the team at Ebenezer Roofing We had our roof done 7 or 8 years ago and it has stood the test of time, with no hail damage or obvious wear. Perhaps as important as quality of the product is the manner of the staff: polite, ability to listen to concerns and the skill to follow through. These are rare qualities indeed today Terry was especially helpful when we recently called to have our chimney seam recaulked. He appeared promptly and explained what needed to be done. We’re extremely satisfied with Ebenezer Roofing’s work on repairing the flashing and leak on our rubber roof. Terry and his son were meticulous with every detail, carefully removing the existing rubber roofing and skillfully re-installing it without causing any damage. I recently hired Ebenezer to replace my old cedar shake roof, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final installation, their professionalism and expertise were evident. The team was punctual, courteous, and worked efficiently to complete the job on time. They took the time to explain the materials and processes, ensuring I felt informed every step of the way. What impressed me even more was their cleanliness; they made sure to keep the work area tidy and removed any debris at the end of each day.
