Liz Ng is the best! She is highly knowledgeable and skilled beyond most physiotherapists. Liz has all the regular physio tools, but she can also do needling, IMS, acupuncture, cupping and probably more! Liz cares that you are healing and will try different things to make sure that you are getting the best care possible. There is never any pressure to return for more treatment. But, you will go back because Liz will get you feeling better in no time at all!

I’ve been seeing Elizabeth for over two years, and she’s been incredible. She helped me recover from multiple injuries from work and from sports. I’ve made amazing progress thanks to her care.
