Horribly incompetent. Would never go back. Brought my Platinum Highlander in after a hit and run. When we received the vehicle back it didn’t have the Platinum logo on the back and there are multiple sensors still going off. Called immediately and were told that another part is needed to fix the sensor issue. Why was returned if it wasn’t done? Having battery issues now, that were never an issue before they touched the vehicle and they claim that that has nothing to do with them. Unprofessional and unorganized.

From my first interaction to my last i'm so impressed and happy with experience at Eastway Autobody in Weyburn. My claim work was completed in 24 hours! When I picked it up I was pleasantly surprised that they even washed the outside and detailed the inside! Thank you for the great experience, I highly recommend!

Had an sgi claim and chose east way to get the dent in my bumper repaired. I was expecting it to get fixed and it did. They were very great throughout the process. Offered to dropped off my 5 month old and I at home and then returned my car to my house completely detailed and brought the paper work as well as got someone to pick them up so I didn’t have to drive him back. I am beyond greatful for them being able to accommodate a new mom as well as detailing my car which is something that has not been a priority the last couple months :)
