Awesome dental experience! Recently switched to the office last year and very happy I did. Stephanie is a fantastic dental hygienist . Very through and gentle. Stephanie even made the x-rays comfortable. My teeth still feel awesome a week later! Dr. Parks was also great, very kind and honest. Great team!

I came for a cleaning and consultation. Not satisfied with the care. So, I go to my old dentist. They do the X-rays I needed and schedule me for 3 fillings the same week WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE TO ME, MY INSURANCE COVERED IT ALL. I HAD 3 CAVITIES EAST VILLAGE IGNORED I GUESS CAUSE IM POOR I call east village dental and they say I owe them money and it's going to collections. I see zero bills in my email and a bill was not presented to me at my visit. Complete lack of care or communication for patients. Borderline fraud and scam So, moral of the story take your time, money, and insurance to a reputable practice. That will will present you a bill upon your visit and charge you accordingly. Not threaten collections over the phone. This a private business so they are right that they can chose when and how to scam people. When other private practices will actually do the work for what your insurances pays. Not only this but they charged my elderly mother for multiple fillings that they pulled 6 months later. Why would your charge an elderly lady to fill multiple teeth that you are going to pull less than half a year later.... My family has spent thousands here and it's been a scam. I am doing my best to move my family away form them.

Brought my 5-year-old autistic son in for a cleaning and exam (yes they knew he has autism, he's quite low on the spectrum,- it's on his paperwork so in his file). The hygienist was amazing he took X-rays of my sons teeth and did the cleaning. All went great. Then the dentist came in and started explaining to me that my 5-year-old supposedly has 6 cavities (ok, cool) She then proceeded to look at my son and tell him "he has a bunch of bugs living inside his mouth, inside his teeth" I cut her off before she could say anything else. I said to her you cannot say that kind of stuff to autistic children because they process information differently than other kids do. The dentist actually rolled her eyes at me. I didn't say anything. She then started talking again to me about him possibly needing sedation for my son to get these supposed fillings that are needed. After the appointment finished I stood at reception for a minute waiting to book another appointment. The receptionist was quiet on her computer so I quietly mentioned about him needing fillings, she said she had heard nothing from them. So no appointment was made. I walked out

Very disappointed with the way this dental hospital treated us. My daughter’s appointment was canceled because we were 10 minutes late—something that can happen occasionally, especially with kids. What made it worse is that on my previous two visits I had to wait not less than 15 minutes each time, without any explanation or apology. So clearly, the same level of strictness doesn’t apply to them. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional in how she spoke to us. No understanding, no flexibility, and certainly no courtesy. She seriously needs to be trained in basic customer service and how to treat clients with respect. Healthcare providers should create a welcoming and compassionate environment—not make families feel punished. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this clinic based on our experience.

I had a truly frustrating experience at this dental office. When I came in for my son's appointment, I was told that his insurance card was being processed and that I wouldn't need to pay out of pocket. However, the very next day, I was informed that I owed $270. I contacted the insurance company, and they confirmed that I should not be responsible for this charge, advising me to call the office back for clarification. When I spoke with the receptionist about this discrepancy, I clearly explained that, according to my dental plan, I was not required to pay. Instead of addressing the issue calmly, the receptionist began shouting at me, insisting, "YOU MUST PAY THE $270, THAT'S IT." This type of behavior is completely unacceptable. It’s important for customer service staff, especially in a healthcare setting, to maintain professionalism and composure when discussing billing matters. Yelling at a customer is not only disrespectful but also unhelpful. I suggest the management invest more in training staff on proper communication, conflict resolution, and emotional control. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this office. There are numerous reviews indicating similar problems with the reception staff, and my experience confirms that this is an ongoing issue. I would advise others to consider this before making an appointment here. The reception is Debbie. Would NOT go here again.
