They used to have younger beautician that knows what they're doing, that cares about your comfort. Now I went back, it went significantly downhill. Massaging your lips (yes, my lips was covered with face lotions and stuff) and using congee spoon to massage your neck? Very questionable.

I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, but my experience at this spa was exceptionally disappointing. Despite purchasing a package to support the business when they did not honor Groupon prices, my first session was extremely unsatisfactory. The environment lacked ambiance and music, and the staff displayed neither care nor professionalism. The appointment felt rushed, with proper procedures seemingly overlooked. Although the owner offered a “redo” session and a potential refund if I remained dissatisfied, I have received no response to my multiple messages since January. My primary concern is not the cost but the subpar service and subsequent disregard for my feedback.

First saw they had a microdermabrasion deal on groupon, technician did a thorough job and face felt smooth and clean so afterwards when she sold me on a package of three for the same price as groupon I bought it. Made my appointment for 10:15am, arrived and the lady says oh you’re early, I showed her my email confirmation saying 10:15 she says ok your technician not here yet wait here, so I wait 15 min in the lobby, at 10:30 still nothing so I asked if I can just get a refund but the lady just says she’s on her way just wait and leaves. I waited in the lobby for another 20 minutes alone, 10:50am decided to leave and left a note on their desk. Totally unprofessional. I do not recommend.

My husband bought me a gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure for Mother’s Day. I’ve left three messages. No one has called me back. It’s impossible to book online. It’s hard to leave a decent review for someone’s services when they don’t even bother getting back to you. Very poorly run. Trying to get my money back for my gift certificate now so that I can go to somewhere actually values and provides any customer service

I had the chamomile collagen today from sherry and it was great! She was very skilled and made me very relaxed. Reading some of the other comments, I don't think the staff is lazy because they usually only have one technician in the store most of the time. If they are with clients, they won't pick up the phone. Use the online form to make an appointment. Mary will always call you and confirm. It's a small local business so cut them some slack!
