I felt lucky when I found this place after moving to Nanaimo from Nanoose Bay. I have been a patient at Eagle Point Dental for more than ten years - and every dentist and the wonderful hygienist, Joan, can be highly recommended. The warm reception when entering the clinic make you welcome - and by now, I feel 'at home.'

After struggling with the poor dental services provided by several dental offices in the city, I finally got a great dental work done by Dr. Chisholm. She successfully installed a molar implant that I really needed. She and her team made me feel confident, hopeful, and safe. I write this review to express my gratitude and to let you know that after 2 years the implant is perfectly in place, I ever have had any issue with it, and my teeth line is now complete. If I could I would give you 100 stars. Thank you Dr. Chisholm! Update Sept/2025: I had another successful molar implant with Dr. Chisholm. I got again the best dental procedure in town. Her professional expertise and knowledge are extraordinary, she made me smile with confidence again, thank you!

I’m so grateful to Dr. Chisholm and her team for squeezing me in for an emergency appointment while I was visiting. They expedited the appointment and procedure, which really put me at ease. Previously, when I was living in Nanaimo, Dr. Chisholm was my regular dentist, and I always appreciated her care. She is very understanding, professional, and efficient in her work. I truly value the excellent service and highly recommend her practice.

I recently made a big girl decision to switch to Eagle Point after having years of traumatic dental work at another local clinic. The ladies at the front desk are so amazing and kind. They are always smiling and welcoming and take the time to go over any extra details. I am so grateful to Dr Chisholm, she has been such a godsend. Her assistant is so personable and makes you feel very comfortable. I am no longer terrified of the needle and can’t believe how gentle and efficient they are . My dental trauma is lifted and that in itself is a miracle.
