My whole family goes to Eagle Creek, and it is always a good experience. The dentists and hygienists are very kind. They explain things clearly and are very accommodating in answering any questions. The front staff are, in the main, both capable and friendly. Billing is straightforward, insurance is billed directly, and the space itself is clean, modern, and welcoming.

Absolutely amazing experience, as always! The service is truly awesome—from the moment I arrive to the minute I leave. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I remember how hesitant I was about going to the dentist 9 years ago, and choosing Eagle Creek Dental was the best decision I made. The team consistently makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. I recommend them whenever I can—try them out, you won’t regret it!

One of the receptionist is very helpful and friendly. The other one only focuses on what she can/cannot do and have a difficult time understanding what the clients needs. The dentist proposed two treatment options and asked the receptionist to provide an estimate for each treatment plan, then the receptionist told the client that she is not able to do that.

I can’t say enough good things about Eagle Creek Dental. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The staff were kind, patient, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Bedi took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. Going to the dentist isn’t always easy, but this experience truly changed that for me. I felt respected, listened to, and treated with compassion. I’m so grateful to have found such a caring and professional team. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful visit feel comfortable and positive.

I’ve been going to Eagle Creek for a while and I see Jamie for my cleanings. She is super engaging and friendly and gentle, and my teeth look great! I’ve had some painful teeth cleaning experiences in the past but with her it’s a breeze. Plus, I always get a good chat and sometimes get to pet a dog!
