The doctor and hygienist are very friendly people, just tremendous group. The clerk helped me navigate through my insurance situation, as I am working more part-time due to school, so coverage has been significantly lower than before. Doctor was patient in explaining the key to maintenance of my teeth and gum for better health!

Everyone is super friendly. Renée the hygienist is super gentle, did not feel any discomfort at all. Dr. Eric Cheng is very approachable and kindly answer my questions. Dental Assistant is very nice too! Excellent experience all together. And plenty of free parking too, that’s important :)

Had such bad tooth pain that I couldn’t sleep the whole night. I called the clinic in the morning without an appointment, and they managed to get me in within two hours — so grateful! The two ladies at the front desk, the dentist, and the assistant were all super kind, caring, and professional. Honestly, the best dental clinic in Vancouver — 100 out of 10!

I am extremely satisfied with the care my son and I received. The staff was very patient, providing comfort before any procedure and thoroughly explaining each step. The results were excellent, with no surprise charges. I highly recommend their services.
