Found my new stylist for men. Was skeptical as the profile showed many women clientele. She quickly demonstrated she was really adept at cutting men’s hair too. I really enjoyed the efficiency of the movements and didnt have to wait in line like I typically do at my favorite barber. Definitely will come back. Thanks Hailey! Found my new Richmond gem for cuts.

Looked for a Korean hair stylist for many years. I live in Richmond so finding Hailey was a god send. Her side fade was attentive to the contour of my head which made it smooth and clean. Subsequently she noticed my hair was flat so recommended a perm for my top. Previous perm at other locations didn’t come out well so I was a bit hesitant, but super glad I went through with it with Hailey. I really enjoy the quick service and most importantly how she kept my appointment times. Yes, I had other stylist make me wait over an hour consistently from my appointment time. Overall, price was good, service was excellent, and most importantly, the final outcome was outstounding. I’ll be coming back to Hailey over and over. Thank you Hailey!!

I usually don’t go to salons because I feel it always takes too much time. But Hailey completely changed my mind! She works incredibly fast without compromising the quality, and the result was even better than I expected. I love how she really listens to what the customer wants and does her best to match it. If you’re like me and don’t want to spend endless hours at a salon, I highly recommend Hailey. You’ll leave happy and satisfied!👍

I’ve been a regular at Hailey’s salon, and she is an excellent stylist. Hailey is very skilled, always up to date with the latest Korean trends, and most importantly, she listens to what her clients want instead of pushing her own ideas. As a guy, I know most men tend to stick with the same haircut once they find a style that works. While I didn’t get my current style from Hailey originally, she improved it and made it suit me even better—all without changing the overall look too much. That balance of keeping the style I’m comfortable with while making it look sharper is something I really appreciate. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of service. I highly recommend Hailey to anyone looking for a professional and reliable hairstylist.
