Dan came out to fix a gas leak behind my stove, he was on time, answered my millions of questions with professionalism, checked everything thoroughly to reassure me that everything is safe. I felt confident that everything was good. The main thing, is that I felt I got my money's worth. I would recommend. I will also be using him in the future. On a side note, my dog loved him. My hot water heater was leaking and past it's prime. Dan explained everything...options and costs. He was recommended by a friend. Very easy to chat with and I feel comfortable with the decisions made. Definitely would hire him again

I recently reached out to Dan at Dynasty Plumbing and Heating for my plumbing concerns. I was immediately impressed with his communications. He responded promptly and we set up an appointment. On appointment day, he made a courtesy call prior to arriving. Once here, I found him to be courteous, friendly, and took the time to explain whatever I had questions about. I requested a quote and he was able to provide that, as well as help me understand the scope of work involved, and advise on which issues are priority to attend to. I have seen a lot of positive recommendation for Dan in our community over the years, and I can say now he is exactly as people have described. Thanks Dan!

Dan came out within a couple hours of me calling (he was able to fit us in!) and was able to quickly fix our sink drain problem and leak. Highly recommend! And we will use him again for any future plumbing problems.
