My husband and I just bought our first home and started having an issue with what we thought was our toilet Called yesterday, had them come out today they found my husband and I’s issue and that it’s way bigger than we expected and were told, and unfortunately they couldn’t do anything BUT they did do something they pointed us in the right direction of who to go to and help us tremendously I couldn’t recommend and appreciate them more. I am so thankful and will definitely be in touch when needed and share their name with anyone in need.

The biggest thank you to Mike for all his help and efficiency. Called yesterday to set up an appointment because my plumbing is backing up and flooding the basement, and he was out the next day! I was down on my luck because the guy that was hired before was here for a while and told me it would cost about $500 just to put the camera down there after already snaking it 100 ft and left without the problem being fixed, but Mike came in to save the day (and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg). He was quick, you can tell he definitely knows what he's doing. He was also very informational, communication was phenomenal. It was so easy to follow along. I 100% know who I will be contacting for any further issues and recommending! ☺️

We had been battling water entering our basement through the floor drains. The first company that came, snaked the drain and it stopped the water coming back into the basement. The next day we called them back because the water had returned, we were told their snake had broke and gave us another contractor number to call. We tried a contractor closer to where we live. That company tried a to snake also. The tech said our system had most likely collapsed. Requested to return the next day with two more plumbers to access the issue. Their solution would take three repairman working at least 5 days and the cost was outrageous....... On the eighth day of battling water in the basement we called DunnRite. Mike said he could be at the house at 11:00 am and he was! He went straight to the basement, accessed the problem and went straight to snaking the drain. In less than 25 minutes all drains were EMPTY. When I asked Mike what he recommended we do in the future he suggested he return in a year if necessaryto snake drains. Also, suggested pouring Dawn Dishsoap into cleanout once a month. At 11:45 am, Mike was unto his next customer. We greatly appreciate DunnRite and highly recommend them!! THANK YOU

The day after Christmas my entire basement was flooded in two inches of brown water! I called Dunnrite and inspite of being sick, Mike and Robin came out at 9 PM on a Sunday night. He worked diligently to snake out and drain my basement (approx 100,000 gallons of water). After several hours, the price they charged me was incredibly fair. These photos are the nightmare I started with! He discovered massive tree roots in my sewer drain. So very grateful.

I called Dunnrite sewer and drain cleaning to get an estimate on moving my whole home shut off valve from under my crawl space to an accessible location inside the home.They sent two great plumbers out and found an access that was easy to use.. The estimate was very affordable so I included a couple of more faucets to replace and add a back up preventer to the sewer line. I expected to wait a few weeks to get the work done but when I called to order the service they were able to come right out. I was extremely impressed with the the work they did and now they will be my go to service to use. Great company and people to work with .
