The place was just generally okay, but many things were not working at the hotel rooms. Light bulbs, ACs, and toilet flooding etc.

The rooms need serious work! Some don’t have running water, some have mould, there are cracks in the walls, exposed wires and the air conditioners don’t function properly. At certain times, the air conditioners went off, even the elevator! Also, customer service is poor! The ladies I encountered at the reception were so rude. They acted like I was disturbing them when I asked for help with certain things. Extremely poor customer service!

The staff here lack empathy and basic customer service, they’re rude, and the rooms are really terrible. If you need anything, you have to keep going downstairs. No landlines. They almost never have solutions to your complaints so they just ignore you there. It’s either they work on it or they just don’t do hospitality anymore because you guys aren’t hospitable at all.
