Duban International Hotel

The place was just generally okay, but many things were not working at the hotel rooms. Light bulbs, ACs, and toilet flooding etc.

The rooms need serious work! Some don’t have running water, some have mould, there are cracks in the walls, exposed wires and the air conditioners don’t function properly. At certain times, the air conditioners went off, even the elevator! Also, customer service is poor! The ladies I encountered at the reception were so rude. They acted like I was disturbing them when I asked for help with certain things. Extremely poor customer service!
