If I could give this hair lounge 10stars I would. I have never felt so welcomed and relaxed getting my hair done as I have here. I've been a blonde, a silver and black haired gal since going here, and they have perfected my hair each time. I've had extensions and I've shown up with fried nest on my head and every time these ladies do an amazing job and make me feel like a goddess leaving. I get exactly what I want each and every time, I can not tell you enough how happy you will be coming here. Just want to add an update that in Feb 2026 I was able to expierence the Japanese Scalp Spa Treatment, and LADIES when I tell you this is like nothing else, I MEAN IT! Treat yourselves to it as you can. One of the most relaxing and soothing treatments ever.

I recently had an experience that truly reminded me how important professionalism and kindness are in this industry. Due to circumstances completely out of my control, I needed my hot fusion bonds removed — and they were not installed by Ashley. From the moment I reached out, Ashley handled the situation with absolute grace and professionalism. She didn’t hesitate, didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about working on someone else’s install, and approached the appointment with care and expertise. Throughout the removal process, she was patient, gentle, and clearly very knowledgeable. She took her time to ensure the integrity of my natural hair was protected, explaining what she was doing and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. You could tell she genuinely cares about her clients and the quality of her work. Even before I stepped into the salon, I had a great feeling. The booking experience over the phone was smooth, welcoming, and friendly — I knew right away it would be a great place. That feeling only grew once I arrived. Every single person working there was kind, warm, and wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxed and full of great conversation, which made the whole experience even better. Even though this was a salon I had never been to before, I will absolutely be returning. I walked out feeling relieved, taken care of, and so thankful that Ashley was willing to help me. Highly, highly recommend.

I got my hair cut by Charlotte and couldn’t be happier with it. It’s honestly one of the best haircuts I’ve had. She’s incredibly skilled and has such a kind, friendly manner that makes you feel at ease right away. She really listens, explains things thoughtfully, and gives you a cut that truly suits you. I’ll definitely be coming back 🥰

Charlotte is not only an exceptionally talented stylist, but also one of those rare, intuitive people who just gets it. She knows how to bring out your best self, inside and out. Every appointment feels like time spent with a friend who also happens to be an artist. The vibes are immaculate! Charlotte is a hair wizard and I’ve never left disappointed after an appointment. My colour looks so fresh and fierce and she gives the best advice to find the perfect products for upkeep. Not to mention the head massages are SO GOOD! The salon itself is gorgeous - so bright and airy! If I could come every day to hang out, I would absolutely be here :)
