They start washing your car with 2 human beings. After that it's automated to the end. This was the first time my car came out sparkling clean. My car was covered in mud and bird droppings before I went in. It was the best car wash so far! Same price as the Big Bucket but better because of the human element ✨️

What an amazing car wash. Love everything about this place. I’ve used the Okotoks wash in the past and decided to try out this location. They have definitely made improvements Wash quality is great. The free vacuums suck well. The air hoses are a wonderful feature. And there mat room. It has a place for me to wash my winter mats. Everything was so clean. The staff are friendly. And it’s relatively affordable when you consider they have people who scrub your vehicle before the wash. I’ll definitely be back.

EVERYONE PLEASE READ AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH !!! I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided at this establishment. We recently purchased a new Brand Escalade and, under the assurance of a staff member named Selma, opted to use what we believed to be a touchless car wash system. Upon discovering that it was not touchless, I specifically voiced my concerns about potential scratches from brushes on our brand-new vehicle, which had less than 200 kilometers on it. Selma still guaranteed that their brushes would not cause any damage and that the company would cover any issues that arose. Contrary to these assurances, the car wash inflicted significant scratches and swirl marks on both sides of our vehicle. After reporting the damage and sending photographic evidence as requested, our attempts to contact management were ignored. Upon visiting the office in person, I was presented with what I consider to be a disingenuous explanation, claiming that the 'fine scratches' were not visible in the video and, therefore, not their responsibility. I even told her fine scratches wouldn’t show in any video and she agreed with me and that it was out of her hands. We are deeply disappointed with the damage to our $180,000 vehicle and the dismissive response from the company. Multiple auto shops have estimated the cost of paint correction to be between $2,000 and $3,800. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this car wash to prevent similar damage to their vehicles. I will be posting photographs to further illustrate the extent of the damage caused. I have not yet received the refund to my credit card for the membership and will continue to update this review as events unfold.

What we really love about this car wash is that they let you clean and wash non-flat mats — something most other places don’t offer, as they usually only cater to flat mats. Another great thing is that it’s not fully automated. The staff actually do an initial wash, which makes a big difference. Overall, it’s a great experience!”

I’ve been a member with Dreams for quite some time now, and I’m so happy that they expanded to SE Calgary! My car came out sparkling clean today for my first time through their Eastpoint location and I must say I am very impressed with their quality of wash, their excellent customer service and an easy, smooth process. They have great vacuums that are silent and have great suction, as well as compressed air guns that are long and work great! They have a mat room with two mat cleaner machines for those flat mats and another area for you to spray off your mats with high pressure wands! The staff here are amazing and very helpful I have to add. They work very hard and will personally come out to check up on how your Wash was, which I loved! Keep up the great work Dream Team!
