This was our first experience with Rivet Plumbing and both my husband and I were very pleased. Dean came out for an emergency call when our pipes froze and within an hour of his arrival, we had running water again and learned how to prevent the issue from ever reoccuring. Dean was professional, timely, knowledgeable, and amiable. We would certainly contact Rivet for any future plumbing issues and we definitely intend to recommend them to all our friends in the area!

Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Rivet! I had a very basic issue I needed fixed and instead of automatically coming out, they called me and tried to talk me through fixing it over the phone to save me the money of a call out. In the end I couldn’t figure it out so they came to fix it and I was impressed with their professionalism and kindness. We will definitely be using Rivet again in the future!

My hot water tank started to have a slow leak so I called Rivet for replacement. They came by to inspect and were able to source a tank to my spec immediately. He arrived right on time for the appointment and the work is extremely clean. The install was very professionally finished. They provided pointers on how to maintain and prolong the life of the new tank with easy maintenance tips. They have since followed up on the work and everything works perfectly!

Rivet Plumbing was amazing! Quick response on a weekend and follow up the next week to make sure everything was going well. Ended up needing a new toilet and they made the process quick and easy with no disturbance to our Patients. Thanks for such great service!!
