I called Drain Rooter Edmonton because my bathroom sink was draining really slowly. They were able to send someone the same day, which was great. The technician showed up on time, quickly figured out the problem, and cleared the blockage. He also gave me a few simple tips to help prevent it from happening again. Overall it was an easy and smooth experience. I’d definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues.

I had an issue with a clogged kitchen drain and called Drain Rooter Edmonton. They were able to send someone the same day, which I really appreciated. The technician was professional and took the time to explain what was causing the blockage before fixing it. He cleaned everything up afterward and made sure the drain was running properly before leaving. Overall a very smooth experience and fair service. I would definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues.

Drain Rooter sent 2 technicians to my home right away on a Saturday to clear a mainline after a sewer backup. Rick and Mike were courteous, kind, knowledgeable and worked cleanly, which made the whole experience pleasant. From the moment they arrived, they demonstrated professionalism and expertise. I was extremely impressed with Rick, who was a master at clearing the roots that were causing the backup. I totally recommend Drain Rooter and I will be calling them again to mantain the sewer and drains clear.

Rick and his partner were able to go from first call about replacing our hot water tank to job completed in less than 24 hours (we first called them at 5pm), we thought this would be a weeks long process full of headaches and but we couldn't have been more wrong! They were here less than a full day later, gave me a more than reasonable quote, even fixed a small water leak from a pipe in our furnace room at no additional charge! AND they were an absolute delight to deal with in every conceivable way! Hauled away our old tank and before we could blink they were done and on there way! I can recommend them enough for any and all your plumbing needs. This was the second job they've done for us and ill never consider calling any other plumbers but them ever again! Thanks guys! Wish all service guys could be as awesome ay you!

Rick and Mike from Drain Rooter were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier. When there were still some issues after the first visit, they came back the very next day to make sure everything was fully taken care of. Their care, patience, and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. I highly recommend Drain Rooter, great job and excellent customer service.

This is my 2nd attempt to post a review since the 1st one wasn’t posted. Spent the entire day on November 22 trying to get my clogged kitchen sink fixed. 1st plumber who came in early in the morning as part of my coverage plan made it significantly worse. 2nd plumber who came from a franchised company was asking for an arm and a leg so I had to decline. I still ended up paying $70 for the assessment and quote. Rick came over on short notice and fixed the issue for a competitive and reasonable price. He provided a guarantee that if he is unable to resolve the issue, I don’t have to pay him anything. Rick delivered as promised! He and his assistant cleaned up after the job was done. They were friendly and professional. It was a great experience and would definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommended!
