The fellow was able to figure out the issue right away. He had to replace a pump that was previously put in by same people and Drain Doctor warrantied the pump. Good to know they will do that! 😃

I had been having issues with the basement drain overflowing a little with clear water and had booked an appointment for a weekday for the Drain Doctor Technician to come and camera and clean out the drain pipe. The drain had a mind of it's own and decided to really act up on the weekend with debris included with the water overflowing. I called the Drain Doctor and explained my angst and urgency to have a Technician come that day. Sure enough within less than 2 hours he showed up and promptly assessed the situation, advised his treatment plan, and rectified the situation with contigencies advice for moving forward. The service was excellent, thank you very much, it is greatly appreciated! - Cathy

I had Peter in my house to clean out my sink drain. It was late on a cold friday afternoon. He didnt hesitate or complain at all! He was exceptionally professional and caring about my problem. He was went through in detail what he was doing and the process to get it done. I am so pleased with him and dealing with drain doctor as a whole.
