Always had respect for this establishment- but over the pass 6 months I have lost it all completely also my sister has as well- My father who’s turning 84 with a brain injury and recently had a few silent strokes has lost a couple of teeth..having no work or funds around my sister and I believe that the 1500(option) which is dentures will be perfect for our fathers life style- instead of option two which is two implants which cost at $10,000 …myself and-my sister told this office we want to go ahead with the cheaper option then dentures..everything was agreed. We then sent an email to this establishment saying that we are POA of this individual and we are wanting to go with the cheaper option because of the cost of living at the moment we can not afford the 10000 for two implants and especially with my father being 83 with a brain injury the implants aren’t really suiting his life style..everything was set and I thought we were in the same page..( this has been over 8months) Now my sister calls me telling me this office keeps insisting my father go with the $10,000 option…whenever he comes in they keep insisting the 10k option… Obviously they want the 10k instead of 1500 . My father doesn’t know which day it is sometimes - he forgets a lot and also has a minor case of dementia which isn’t helping his brain injury… So as somebody with this type of age in this type of health condition, we don’t agree with the office at the $10,000 optional is a better suitable option for him. His bones are weak and not only that there’s more health issues besides the two missing teeth so I really asked for this company to respect the power of attorney‘s wishes and also the families wishes and not to pray on a senior citizen with a brain injury and who has multiple signs of a health condition and who can barely speak . It’s also unfortunate Now this office asked us to send an email stating his condition, etc. and then when they get it, they still disregard everything… What was the point of asking for the email with all the information if you’re just going disregard the family members which are the POA.… I get it to business and every business wants to make money right now but please try to put yourself in others shoes Myself and my sister agreed with you guys 10x to do dentures..and you people just keep disregarding .

Dr. Vito and staff are the Best. My teeth never looked as great as they do now. The Staff really care about my teeth and comfort while I’m there. Tina does an excellent job cleaning my teeth every time. Never left once Unsatisfied I highly recommend this Dentist And Staff ❤️
