Most of the time, my experience with Dr. Song’s clinic has been pleasant. However, today a rude receptionist answered the call with an impatient attitude. When you mispronounce someone’s name, the first thing you should do is apologize — that’s basic customer service. Instead, you gave yourself an excuse, saying you only saw the pinyin and not the Chinese characters on the screen. Also, I repeated my name because of the impatient tone you used when you first spoke. I normally don’t correct people when they mispronounce my name, but your attitude made it necessary.

I recently had a dental filling done at Dr. Song Dental and was incredibly impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and patience shown by Dr. Lin and Assistant Ge. Dr. Lin explained each step of the procedure clearly and performed the treatment with great skill and care, which made me feel completely at ease. Assistant Ge was equally attentive and friendly, offering support throughout the entire visit and making the experience much more comfortable. I truly appreciate their dedication and outstanding service. Dr. Song Dental is a clinic I trust and highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I have had 14 teeth worked on at this clinic so far, and each tooth was done excellently. Everyone, from the dentist, assistants and hygienists, to the receptionists here have been very professional and compassionate, and I appreciate their help. I have only good things to say about my experiences here so far, and will happily continue having all of my dental work done here. Despite being someone that is not usually a fan of getting dental work done, the dentist and other staff have made my experience as good as possible and accommodated me to the best of their ability at every opportunity. I also greatly appreciate the receptionists and admins who always greet customers with a smile. I also started seeing the dental hygienist Veronica, at this location. She's really kind and skilled. She always makes time for her patients and prioritizes their comfort. Thanks Veronica! 😊

Dr. Song’s dental clinic is amazing! He’s super experienced and really knows what he’s doing. I felt so comfortable during my visit because he explains everything clearly and has a friendly vibe. Whether it’s braces, implants, or wisdom teeth, you can tell he’s an expert. Highly recommend!
