I always wanted to leave a comment and finally get it done! Dr. Chung is knowledgeable and has empathy for his clients, which is wonderful as it lessens my fear of seeing a dentist

His technical expertise is truly impressive—he performed the work with precision and care, ensuring everything was done perfectly. What stands out most, though, is his kindness and warmth. He made me feel comfortable, patiently answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. The entire staff is equally wonderful—everyone is friendly, and professional, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. It's clear that they genuinely care about their patients' well-being. I was looking for a fair and caring place to fix our teeth for a long time and I found it. I come here all the way from Surrey but Im happy about it. Dr Ruby Lai and her assistant were so kind, respectful, caring and gentle. Me and my kids felt so comfortable. Pricing is fair too. God bless them all. :)

Highly recommend Dr. Chung, I took my little one for a general check-up and teeth varnishing. He is super helpful, patient and caring with my kid. He answered every question and even raised awareness that I've never thought I should be aware of my child's situation. If there were 10 stars on google review, I would have given him 10 stars instead of 5. Good job Dr. Chung :)
