I Didnt have the best experience. I had booked an emergency appt for the first time. The wait was for about 40 minutes. I don’t mind the wait I was just happy I got an appt right away same day since my back teeth were really sore and bugging me. Dental assistant came in and said they’re gonna do x-rays to see what’s going. As soon as she walked in I felt the bad energy from her from the start. So as she is about to put the bite tab in my mouth she puts it in so deep in my gum under my tongue and hurt me so bad my mouth was in pain from that, mind you I have done this X-ray so many times and I felt that she wasn’t doing it right. I wasn’t biting on it properly because it wasn’t inserted in my mouth in the right spot and it was hurting me before I could even get to the bite so I told her that it’s bugging me and she was so impatient with me and started being argumentative and in a rush to do it again right away even after me explaining situation to her. Later on as the appointment goes on, Dentist came in and was a sweet heart very nice and understanding explained everything very well. She told me that we have to do a temporary fill. As she started doing the fill, she told me I have a small cavity as well so she would have to extract that. As we are in the process of doing that, the dental assistant kept walking off in the middle of the procedure. The dentist would have to call her 3 4 times times just to come and do the suction. Then she wasn’t doing the suction properly so every time she would suction, she would suction my lip or the water would go all over my face or down my neck. In the midst of that, I almost choked on water because she wasn’t suctioning it well and using the tools very roughly in my mouth, It was going down my throat so I coughed it up stopped and explained what happened and she just seemed very rude and in a hurry. Not understanding at all. I have never dealt with that behaviour before and I found it to be very unprofessional. Other than that I appreciate the unit clerk getting me in the same day and the dentist for being so amazing ! Thankyou

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Gill. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Gill was very professional, explaining each step of the procedure clearly and answering all of my questions. The office was clean and modern, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I’m very pleased with the results, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist!😊

Dr. Gill saved my two front teeth ! I took a pretty bad fall and they were barely attached as seen in the pictures. He put them back in place so well that it allowed my bone to heal. Thank you Dr. Jas appreciate the quality work you have done for me
