Incredible. Fast Response. Professional I met other Dentist and was told that root canal therapy on my damaged teeth may solve my pain. However, therapy take months to complete. I am so bless to meet Dr. Clarence Wong, he patiently and accurately identify my root cause, he carefully and patiently repeated some tests, he finally found that the pain was caused by another teeth. He help me extracted it skillfully without any pain. He is really a good doctor. Now, I have no more pain at all. Thank you very much for Dr. Wong and his team. Thank you

I requested an emergency appointment online with this dental practice and is impressed by the quick response. I was seen by Dr Wong who professionally performed the work needed to restore my missing tooth with a new crown promptly. Aside from being an experienced dentist, He came across as friendly and caring. He made me feel at ease very quickly during my first visit, as I was not sure how I would feel going to a new dental practice abroad. I am from London, and is just visiting Richmond B C regularly. I also like his down to earth personality too, which is huge credit to Dr Wong. I actually asked Dr Wong if I could join his patients lists in the future. I would also like to praise and give credit to all the receptionists for their efficiency and to thank Helen for arranging my appointment quickly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lau for several years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! Dr. Lau is exceptionally talented and brings a wealth of experience to his practice. What truly sets him apart is his dedication to patient care. He takes the time to thoroughly explain and go over different treatment options, ensuring that I always feel informed and comfortable with my decisions. His gentle approach and attention to detail make every visit a positive experience. I also hate dental work but going here makes it a bit better.

I've recently switched dental offices as my previous dentist had retired. I found this dentist office through google search and was impressed by the high ratings. My experience definitely lived up to the reviews! The office administrator, Judy, was nice, polite, and thoughtful over the phone. I had to change my appointment date a week beforehand and Judy was kind enough to accommodate. I received a phone call reminder the day before the appointment and she provided great instructions for my first visit. On the day of my appointment, after filling out the intake form, I was greeted with warm smiles by the dentist assistant, Helen, as well as Dr. Clarence Wong. They were both very friendly and informative and explained the process thoroughly and ensured I was comfortable with it all. I had my x-rays done and Dr. Wong explained each image to me with great details, pointing out risk areas that I should keep an eye out for. I was well informed of the health conditions of my teeth and given advice without being pressured to perform unnecessary procedures. During the cleaning process, I could hear the friendly banter between Helen and Dr. Wong and it was even more entertaining than a sitcom. No need for a TV when you have these two around! Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The staff are knowledgable, friendly, and caring and I feel like I no longer need to worry about my teeth as Dr. Wong and his team have got me covered. I am happy to have found a new dental office that I can trust to take great care of my oral health and hygeine!

Dr Lau is very professional in taking care of my boys' oral health. He is very patience and knowledgeable. My younger son is always anxious about seeing the dentist. Dr Lau and his assistants spent lots of time explaining every aspects of the procedures and building a trust conversation and making sure my son is comfortable with the cleaning. He also spent time educating my older son about proper oral hygiene. Nowadays it is so hard to find a dentist who is willing to spend his time talking and educating patients, especially for young patients. All the staffs at the office are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole dental experience exceptionally pleasant!!! If you are looking for a dentist, Dr Lau office is where you should go!
