I had a great experience at Dr. Emily Liu dental clinic. Dr. Liu and the staff were welcoming and the entire process was completely painless. The dentists here are very professional and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. If you’re looking for an stress-free and expert dental visit, I highly recommend here!

Dr. Liu and Dr. Li are THE dentists to go to! They are thorough, skillful and gentle. Dental visits aren’t scary anymore! Knowing how difficult and frustrating it is to find a good and decent dentist, I highly recommend them to anyone who is in search of a dentist :)

Dr. Liu, her husband and the rest of the staff are truly an amazing team. I have had bad dentists in the past and Dr. Liu has made my dental experience so much better. Everyone is very gentle and explain things when needed. I am also a very late individual and they have always been very understanding and accommodating to make sure I can get seen.

Emily Liu BROKE my tooth. When she tried to open my mouth by opener, I heard big a sound but I didn’t know what happened. She left me in the treatment room for a while. She came back but didn’t tell me anything, and she just put the crown on the broken tooth to HIDE her mistake. After I came home, I started to have severe pain and phoned her what’s going on. She cried and just told me that she would take care of me without explaining me what she did. I spoke with my family in my home country and they asked a dentist explained my situation and I found out that Emily broke my tooth. I asked Emily about it but she lied and covered up her mistake, made up a story that I grind my tooth, etc. She referred me to her friend's doctor Dr. Lin to hide her mistake. He brought 4 staffs as witnesses and said that there’s nothing wrong with my tooth. The fluctuated tooth was covered by a clown and he just checked his eyes. Emily Liu refused to treat my tooth. She told me to refund $1,000 as compensation but I paid $3,000 total for the root canal and crown. I paid for other dentists and PULLED OUT the broken tooth and need to get a dental implant. Because Emily hid her mistake for herself, I was suffering from severe pain for long time and went to emergency and dentists. Other dentists were afraid to fix my tooth because this is a malpractice case. Emily Liu is the worst dentist. Avoid this clinic for all costs.

I had not been to the dentist in a while due to a bad experience so I was pretty nervous to go to someone someone I didn't know. The moment I walked through the door I felt more at ease because the receptionist was so nice and friendly to me. When I met Dr. Liu I felt much better just with her talking to me. She found the bad tooth and told me what was needed and told me how much it would cost. I was really worried about the needle. My biggest fear!! I was so surprised when she said the freezing part was done. Didn't feel a thing! After that everything was great. Her hands are small so I didn't have to open my mouth too wide which was always a problem for me. They told me what was going on.. and then it was over. I left feeling much better about going to the dentist. A great all round office. I highly recommend Dr. Liu
