The staff are always happy and helpful with any questions. You always go in at your scheduled time and your appointment is not dragged out. Office space is bright and clean. When you pay your bill everything is current. You are not going in to find out you still owe money from a previous appointment! One reason why we switched dentists. Highly recommend them.

I have never been to a dentist that hasn't made my anxiety shoot through the roof, until now. Downtown Dental and Orthodontics are so amazing, they explain everything, answer every question and a bonus...I was relaxed the whole time, no anxiety! Everyone is so nice and informative, from the time I walk in, until the time I walk out. From the receptionist, hygienist, to the dentist...wow. Unbelievable! So amazing! I cannot emphasize it enough. If I can give more than 5 stars I would!!! Would definitely recommend a thousand times over!

Thank you to Dr Dunphy and her staff for a very easy visit to the dentist. Even though I had a bunch of work to be done they made it easy and painless. Thanks to Artem and Brie as well. If you’re looking for a dentist in Vernon I highly recommend Downtown Dentist. Thanks again.

Very welcoming and accommodating. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and resourceful. I have a lot of anxiety around dentistry and oral issues but the staff worked very well with me to make me feel comfortable while addressing all of my concerns and issues. Great job!!!
