Very impressed by the customer service received. I phoned Doug’s key lock after hours because our strata buildings front door was no longer latching. The original call was at 8pm by 828 the lock was fixed. I Highly recommend Steven at Doug’s key lock for all of your lock safety needs :)

We had all our door locks re-keyed and numerous sets of keys made by dougs key mart. There was an issue with two of the keys (25 keys made in total. One lock is from 1934 so not always easy to re key. I messaged the store advising of the issue and Stephane called and came by to fix it and also fixed a handle. We were very impressed with the overrall process of booking the appointment via phone with Mathew to the re keying process and follow up was excellent. Dougs has always been our go to store for all our lock & key needs. We'd highly recommend their services. Always friendly and professional

Less than a minute and the team here were able to get our key cut perfectly! Our car key was very warn and we had tried to have it second key cut at a different place and they weren’t able to do it. Doug’s were able to get a key done so fast and it fit perfect first time! Almost felt like a magic trick, amazing ! 🤩
