Amazing service and super kind staff! We had a leak and Justin came out to take a look, turned out it was our hot water tank. He took the time to explain everything clearly so I could make an informed decision. The pricing was very fair, and Dylan came out within a couple weeks to replace the tank. Both technicians were professional, friendly, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend!

The service tech Dillon was very friendly and professional. Completed the service call in a timely manner. Dillon also answered any questions I had. I have used Double J Plumbing for several jobs and will continue to use them for any future work.

The Double J technician turned up at the agreed time and was very pleasant on his arrival. We were having our kitchen faucet renewed, so he placed a large mat on the floor in front to the sink. During the installation, he pointed out that as the ON/OFF valves under the sink were old, it would be a good investment to replace them - which we did. We had to temporary remove our RO water tank to allow access under the sink, but without asking, the Double J technician replaced and re-connect the tank for us. Overall the experience with Double J was excellent. We would certainly use their services for any future plumbing needs. Kevin Brooke.

Really happy with the work Justin did installing a new water heater and water softener. Very fair quote and really appreciated the quoting and work confirmation process. Very thorough and professional. Arrived exactly on time on the day the work was to be done. Great care to protect our floors. Clean, tidy, and high quality workmanship. Fantastic experience with Double J. Found out needed to replace all Poly B in house for insurance purposes. Double J were out promptly to quote and completed work on time and within the quote. Super easy to work with; they weren’t even slightly fazed by working around my significant pack of dogs, always making sure we had functioning bathroom and kitchen each eve before they left. Did great job and cleaned up beautifully. So good I have already booked them for next works to plumb in renovating bathrooms! Thanks so much to team.
