They did a fantastic job on the repairs for my Tesla. They kept me in the loop, especially near the end when it was the Tesla software that was holding up the repairs. Casey, the manager was phenomenal and the receptionist was also very helpful. They were cost effective, and fair throughout the whole process. As the only certified auto body shop for Tesla in Chilliwack, they are a great choice.

i had an icbc claim with my truck that also required some mechanical work apart from the body work. Doc Autobody managed the entire claim and advocated for me to make sure I had the best outcome with ICBC. Very impressed with their customer service, communication and professionalism. The body work as well was top notch. Highly Recommend!

What a wonderful experience with Doc’s! From start to finish, easy to communicate with, hurried the work as best they could so my vehicle was ready for my road trip, stayed late so I could pick it up and when I got it back it was washed outside, vacuumed inside and a few other add on surprises that were just the cherry on top of a totally fabulous experience! They will absolutely be my go to auto body from here on!!

This place is incredibly awesome!! They go beyond to assist at a time when you are already stressed from experiencing a car accident! All the team from front desk reception to management were all absolutely terrific as I dealt with them! BUT in particular, Chris who did all the actual repair work on my Nellie, a 2016 Hyundai Accent with front end damage was spectacular to deal with! He talked to ICBC on my behalf when they wanted to write my car off, which I just finished paying it off a couple weeks prior to the accident, and got them to agree to him repairing my car!! Then, he actually got my car done in such a short time that I actually got her back just before the Christmas holiday!! Best Christmas gift EVER!! This business is completely an incredible stand out business amongst similar types of Auto-Body businesses!! If you find yourself in a car crash and you need to get auto-body repairs done, I'd highly recommend you get Doc's Auto Body to do the job!! They won't let you down and you'll be 100% satisfied!! Chris and the crew did an amazing job on my 2008 Ram 3500 Megacab. They were able to source out a full replacement passenger side rear door. Work was impeccable and clean. They even cleaned out my interior. They took their time as they knew the truck means a lot. Would not hesitate to get my work done there.
