After years of being self-conscious, I finally decided to get braces and I’m so glad I chose Doc Braces. From the initial consultation to starting my treatment, the entire team has been incredible. Everything was clearly explained, including the treatment plan and pricing, and both the orthodontist and assistant were friendly and reassuring. My stepson, my niece (a new patient), and I are all currently patients at DocBraces in Bridgeport, Waterloo. My stepson completed his treatment last year, and the results are truly outstanding. Good coffee, first time I am before time for the 4 pm appointment today. You took me late always, well today is time to return the karma. Happy I was able to do it. All in all good service and marked improvement on my daughters teeth. Happy to recommend them to friends and family. Also a discount was offered. Friendly staff at reception.

I had taken the day off work for an initial appointment after a transfer only to have it cancelled 2 minutes prior to my arrival and after 2.5 hours of travelling in harsh weather conditions because someone called in. Hire more staff to cover your bases in these situations. 5 hours of driving for a cancellation is not okay for a nearly $9,000 treatment and 7 months between appointments is also unsatisfactory. I’ll be 90 before I get these things off.

Both of my kids currently go to DocBraces at Bridgeport in Waterloo. Service has always been great and their treatments are going very smoothly! I always appreciate the updates and explanations from the hygienists about progress and next steps, and they're always so pleasant. The front desk staff is lovely, as well!
