Barely any attention to detail, i have rugged ends to my shellac and its been 10 mins, the manicure did not cover the edges of my nails , cat eye design is inconsistent and not uniform at all (they didnt cure each nail individually and let it sit uncured till the other nail was done- which in terms of cat eye, ends up extremely uneven) . Being a nail technician myself I know how tiresome it gets but if i m paying 85 bucks for a service then it should be done with attention to detail UPDATE - I went back in and was helped by Julie, she did my nails again just as i had wanted, with beautiful precision, absolutely love them ✨🎀

Came here for a removal, I didn't notice but she completely forgot to remove the gel from my pinky nail. I was in a rush to leave soon after which is why I didn't check the nails after until I got home but I did not rush the appointment or nail tech. She took off the top colour but left the rest. I've never had a gel removal before so I couldn't tell if there was still gel left on the rest of my nails, but there was a lot of bits of it still on my nails that I had to remove myself at home. I will not be coming back.

I’ve been going to this studio for a while now and Tyler has truly become my go-to nail artist. I love my nails every single time! he’s so gentle, detail-oriented, and you can really feel the care he puts into his work. He’s incredibly skilled and always understands the nail inspo I’m going for. Whether it’s a freestyle set (hand painted!) or something specific, he nails it (literally!) every time. My manicures and pedicures always turn out fresh, clean, and last for weeks with zero chipping. And the cuticle work? So clean and precise. I always leave feeling pampered and obsessed with my nails. Highly recommend Tyler if you’re looking for true talent and consistency! 💅

One star for the salon aesthetic/cleanliness and one star for the friendliness of staff. However Im disappointed at the attention to detail/execution and potentially experience of the staff for a second time. The first time I visited the salon, I had a gel x fill from a previous salon. No real complaints outside of the fact, it felt very rushed, that it was messy and there was some flooding of the cuticle with gel occasionally. I also had to assist the tech in curing the nail to my own. It was a more intricate design and stripes/polka dots might not be easy to get perfect. The nails began lifting within a week and a half. I thought I’d go back today for a simple shellac manicure and gel x removal. Again the service felt very rushed and aggressive. Within the first 10 seconds, the tech was burning me with the drill and did so repeatedly throughout the service. I first mentioned after the third spike that it was very hot then again mentioned after the 7th jump that my nails felt very thin but she continued to drill so I dealt with the discomfort. The improper/over filing of my curved nail beds left them feeling very thin and looking quite red after the removal so much so that my nails were sore during filing. I could see the slight dips that had been filed in certain nails. I’ve never experienced this before as the process should never cause pain. (Nothing that can’t be healed over time but not ideal to have paper thin nails as I’m removing my extensions and want my natural nails to be healthy.) The manicure was not really a manicure — at all that was done was a cuticle trim and 10 second lotion? Which I’ve never not experienced during a basic shellac service at other premium priced salons. The end result as in shape and colour looked great but I would expect to leave a $70 service with no polish, gel, or dry skin on my freshly manicured hands. After reading other reviews and their responses, it seems I’m not the first to experience some of these issues. Hopefully they can take on feed back from other reviews because their salon is visually the nicest and staff is friendliest in the Brentwood area. I did not have time to stay and address my concerns this time so they did not have an opportunity to rectify but at the same time the damage to my natural nail cannot be fixed regardless of a discount or free service. I still tipped and left disappointed, unfortunately will not be back to this one.
