If I could I wouldn't leave 1 star. My 2021 Ford Bronco Sport was towed in right before Christmas. They charge me $250 for a test. They came back with my battery discharged. One week later it broke down again. I'm now waiting for Camrose Ford to look at it. My Turbo or possibly the fuel injector went on it. My Bronco revs when excelebrating. As seen in the video and what the app says is wrong. Leduc miss diagnosed my vehicle. They're dam lucky it hasn't caught on fire! Never will I be going back to Leduc Ford!

After having had some glitches (unintentional human mistake) in the service on my bus I made a 1 star review. I can now say that DK Ford stepped up and We came to a good resolution, which has left me a satisfied customer.I must repeat that all of the staff has always been very friendly and professional throught the entire time.I deleted the last review because the issue has been resolved...Thank you DK Ford my truck is once again safe

Darren was awesome and very helpful. He was able to make time for me when I ran into some trouble with my van and was in a time crunch. Everyone at the dealership seems low key and helpful.

Stopped in hoping to get an oil change done on our truck. Despite not having an appointment, the fella here got us in quickly while we waited. Great fast, friendly service, would definitely come back to this location for future service needs. Also, special shoutout to the fella in the showroom area who kindly brought my 6yr old son some snacks and gave him a Mustang Hot Wheels car. Such a thoughtful, kind gesture!
