Natully is actually unreal. I have never loved my hair this much in my life. From the second I sat in her chair, she made me feel so comfortable and confident about the whole process. She really listens to what you want and somehow makes it even better than you imagined. The attention to detail??? Insane. The blend, the color, the styling, everything was flawless. My hair has never looked this healthy, shiny, and full. I’ve gotten so many compliments and I genuinely cannot stop looking at it. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes so much pride in her work. It doesn’t feel rushed, it feels intentional and personalized. If you’re even thinking about booking with her, just do it. She is that girl. I will 100 percent be coming back. Obsessed is an understatement 🤍

Always a great experience from being greeted by the friendly front staff to the wonderful care provided by my stylist, Brenda. I really appreciate how intuitive she is and how she can give me the kind of style I can only dream of but can’t describe in words. She’s kind, genuine and very understanding. She shows a genuine interest in your wellbeing and is entertainingly easy to talk to. It’s such a pleasure to see her at Diva; it makes my day.

I highly recommend Natalie at the Mount Royal salon. I have been going to her for years, and she never lets me down. She listens to what I want and is always conservative in how much hair she cuts. I have naturally curly hair, so this is a constant concern. Natalie is very knowledgeable and is always able to answer questions I have about colours and treatments. She has an engaging personality and never pressures me to buy anything. I always look forward to my hair appointments with her.

From the moment I walked in it smelled amazing and you had great seats and offered refreshments and hung up our coats. It really made me feel special. From the head wash to the cut it was awesome and during the cut you educated me on my hair and talked to me the entire time not only was it the best hair cut it was the best experience I have ever had i will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 Kason
