Just got my eyebrows done here. I am a regular customer and my usual eyebrow lady wasn’t in today. The girl who did my eyebrows gave poor customer service. I waited 20 minutes, once it was my turn she did my eyebrows in less than a minute. The other customers she took her time with. I asked for my eyebrows to be arched and she did them straight across. I have an important conference this week and now my eyebrow look terrible. I’m extremely disappointed

Absolutely love this place. I've been coming here for years, I am a regular customer for eyebrows threading but I've also had keratin lash lift. Staff are so kind and good at what they do. Very reasonable pricing.

I've come to Diva for many years now and have bought my mum, my sisters, friends and daughter. The space is light & airy. It has a peaceful feel and the staff always act respectfully and work efficiently. If you like a quieter experience and don't expect a lot of conversation, this is a great place. I've never had any issue with any of my services and I always appreciate them squeezing me in last minute. I highly recommend Diva Brow Bar. This is a locally owned business. The staff work really hard. I would give them my business any day.

Hi, l’ve been going to Diva brow bar for 3 years. I would not go anywhere else. The owner, Maria and her staff are so friendly, pleasant and nothing is too much trouble for them. Don’t go there for a “Spa” Pedicure! Booked last minute for my husband and I last Saturday. Person answering the phone made it sound like they were busy and waa squeezing us in for the pedicures. I opted to add $5 for “Spa” which adds a sugar scrub and hot towel. The staff that helped us were rough and rushing even though the place was virtually empty. WE WERE DONE IN 25 MINUTES!! Um, if I didn’t add $5, would we have been done in 20?? I don’t remember the last time I blew almost $100 in less than 30 minutes!! And worse part is they use sanding tools instead of doing the “pedi” manually. I felt them shaving down my toe nails and she even nicked my skin. Save yourself some money and go elsewhere! Thought I’d treat my hubby but we both just ended up wasting our money…
