Today, my friend and I visited this place for arm waxing around 5:30 pm. At that time, the owner lady and one staff member were present. The staff member started my friend’s waxing, and the owner started mine. However, the owner has weak eyesight and was using another staff member’s specs while doing my waxing.She did my waxing quickly, similar to the time my friend’s waxing was done. When my waxing was almost finished, the other staff member came and noticed that many hairs were still left. She then applied wax again only on a few areas where hair was visible.Even though this was clearly not my fault, they told me that wax was used twice, so I had to pay $35. The actual price for arm waxing is $25. This is not acceptable and feels unfair. I am very disappointed with this experience. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

i got my hair done by catherine and she did so well! i asked for a balayage, she came and delivered!!! she was so thorough with the whole process by asking me my likes and dislikes with what i wanted for my hair. in addition, she made sure i was very comfortable with what she was doing. i will definitely be back in the future for more services💗💗

I recently visited the salon and was looked after by Jazz. She is incredibly humble, kind, and truly makes you feel comfortable the moment you sit down. Her warm personality and gentle approach create such a relaxing experience. I felt completely at ease around her, and the service was perfect. Jazz is the only person I trust with my eyebrows. She’s patient, precise, and always makes sure they’re perfectly even, which something many places fail at. I recently got a facial from her as well, and it was so relaxing and well done. She really cares about her clients and it shows. Highly recommend her!
