Dispatch Plumbing was called to our business to unclog a long-standing blockage in our grey water drainage system. He had to crawl 40 feet through a tight crawl space to access the plumbing, and he did it all with a smile on his face. Thank you to Matt P for saving the day. Absolute legend! Pleasant leader of his crew and the customer as well! It was the best job guaranteed. Everybody was happy and our leader shovelled fill into the trench solo on Sunday until the job was finished on the BC Day Stat Weekend! Matt was excellent!

Very bad experience work with your company.Didn’t not fix the blockage and charged 840$, then told me a wrong location of the blockage. Even did not mark up the blockage location. Even I called today and asked for the location of blockage , dispatch said he will charge another $500. Then Today I asked another plumber and using camera detected the correct blockage( 3rd picture )and also found that a drill bit( in the second picture .May from dispatch plumber )left inside of the pipe … So I spend $840 for nothing ! The video was took the next day dispatch left the site. It shows the pipe still blocked. Don’t know why you have sooo so many 5 stars reviews . Those reviews Really misleading new customers! Be responsible when you write a review. Look at the below no shame comment! Long years business Doesn’t mean a perfect job! Your $10,000 quote is too cheap you should ask 1 million quote to satisfy your 10 years experience. Owner authorized me to help the owner, so what. Non of your business Whether I am the owner or not ! Continue to work like this afterwards, you will accumulate more and more customers! Come on!

We had an emergency water leak on Saturday evening, which had us super panicked. But thankfully, Matt from dispatch plumbing arrived in under 10 minutes, surprisingly just how quickly he got here! He explained the whole problem and got it sorted right away, very happy with the service! Thanks Matt.

Dispatch technicians have done a super great job in installing of my dual fuel hybrid heat pump system in professional and responsible manner.
