Please save your time and money and don't hire these cleaners. Extremely unprofessional. Once you hire them they stop picking up calls and ghost you. They told me they will come to clean at 11am and didn't show up stopped picking my calls and then called 4 hours later and took 8 hours to clean my apartment and did a terrible job. You have to chase them to get a hold of them. I could've cleaned better than them.

I have never had a horrible experience like this with any cleaning company. After looking at their reviews which I’m 100% sure are fake, we contacted Dina cleaning. The owner picked up the call and confirmed the cleaning amount and time with me. He told me he will send 3 cleaners to clean and shampoo my apartment. A day before the cleaning I had request them to move the cleaning one day ahead and he told me no problem. When the cleaning day came, I waited for these cleaners to arrive for 2 HOURS. They were 2 HOURS LATE. I noticed that he only sent 2 cleaners and I called him to which he said you changed the time so I had to send 2 instead of 3. Why would he not tell me this earlier? He had nothing to say to this. They took 8 hours to clean the apartment. Since the sun already set we were not able to see how dirty apartment was left even after 8 hours of cleaning. We called him the next day and he said he will send someone back because we showed him pictures of how badly they cleaned. He said he will send someone at 11am and ofcourse no one showed up. He stopped picking our calls and texts and completely ghosted us. If you value your peace of mind and need good results don’t hire them for cleaning. Also throughout this entire process he did not pick up our calls or reply to our texts. He called us from 3 different phone numbers and when we called those numbers back he would never pick up. Save your money and time hire someone else

Very punctual, professional and friendly. Wonderful cleaning , our carpets look restored and smell fresh! The price estimate was much better than others we looked at which is why we decided to go with Dinah Cleaning Service. Happy with our choice and we definitely recommend their service!
