I have been struggling with pelvic floor issues for the last two months and while awaiting the referrals to the specialist Dr.s whom can help, it was reccomend by a friend that I visit this Physiotherapy. Leigh was thoughtful, thorough, kind, empathetic and very knowledgeable. She shared many things with me that will hopefully assist in helping to alleviate the symptoms I am currently experiencing. I left feeling so much better and feeling as though something has finally been done to address my alignments. Thank you Leigh! not only did you address the physical pieces to the best of your knowledge and capabilities but you also had a huge positive effect on my overall mental and emotional health too and I look forward to our next appointments together.

I recently received pelvic floor therapy from Lily, and I am very grateful for her care and support. She kindly reviewed my surgical report and provided detailed and thoughtful feedback, which I truly appreciated. During our sessions, she explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each exercise and its purpose. Lily is professional, knowledgeable, and very compassionate. I was first referred to Diane Lee & Associates through my naturopath's colleague who is a midwife. I was seeing physiotherapist Cheri Le Cappelain for pelvic floor issues as well as a hip injury sustained 14 years ago, which has been an on-going issue. She is so professional, and friendly, explaining everything she was going to do, making sure I was comfortable with the procedures. She sent a letter to my MD to recommend I get a referral to another specialist for the hip injury as it was not responding to the treatments and exercise. She is very detailed and makes sure to follow up with me to ensure I am comfortable with any exercises prescribed and to ask if I have an additional questions. I always enjoy going in and talking to Cheri while having a treatment. I love the "whole person" approach at Diane Lee & Associates. They don't just treat the symptom, but find out if a pain is stemming from somewhere else. The office and treatment rooms are immaculate, the treatment rooms are relaxing and the entire staff is extremely professional and friendly. It is clear that Cheri loves her job and takes pride in helping others. I will drive from Langley to South Surrey to go to Diane Lee & Associates for treatment. I highly recommend Cheri at Diane Lee & Associates. Another review for this fabulous place! While at Diane Lee & Associates, I thought I should try a massage. I have had a couple of massages with Amy Morey and they have been such a fantastic experience. Right from the first appointment, I felt so so at ease with Amy. She is friendly, professional and so easy to talk to. She has the perfect touch and always checks in to ensure I am comfortable. While chatting, we discovered we have a mutual love for reality TV, mainly baking shows. She is so upbeat and I know she also loves her job. She is very good at what she does. I would not want to go anywhere else now that I have found Amy and Cheri at Diane Lee & Associates.

Outstanding physiotherapy care. Lily Han discovered that my sudden lower back pain and bladder irritation were actually the result of years of my body compensating for an old abdominal muscle tear. She took the time to understand my history, explain how everything was connected, and tailor exercises and hands‑on techniques specifically to what my body needed. I’m amazed and grateful for her deep knowledge of the human body and how precisely she applied it to my situation. Highly recommended.

My son had a wonderful physio experience with Josh Toor at Diane Lee and Associates last week! Josh was very knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to work with. He really listened and gave us great confidence in his abilities to help my son recover from the discomfort he has been experiencing. Myself and my whole family have been clients for years and have always been very satisfied and grateful to the team at Diane Lee and Associates, from the receptionists to all of the skilled therapists on staff.
