I called asking if they offer any skin treatments to a part of my body which was responded with a judgmental, unprofessional rude response. I understand if people are not comfortable with certain procedures on specific body parts however professionalism is important and having compassion for customers coming to your business about a sensitive topic is scary and being met with rude responses is unacceptable. She could have said “sorry no we don’t offer services for your specific issue as we don’t do procedures on those areas, here is an alternative option…” . Kelly was rude and horrible to deal with. Don’t come here if you have questions.
