After Autotech pointed out a coolant leak while servicing my A/C, they recommended that I go to Dewdney. Went right over and they got me in the next day. Fair pricing on parts and labor. Got me back safely on the road right before our trip to Oregon. Friendly and honest service. No upcharging or sales gemicks. Thanks again, Dewdney Auto ✌️

Took my Subaru in needing an engine replacement! The staff were very helpful and patient with me as we figured out what to do and where to source the parts. The work done was excellent and the Subaru is running better than ever. Great job!

I am surprised by the negative reviews. I am a widow and I have had them as my mechanics for my vehicles for over 10 years. I have always found them honest, easy to talk to, much less than the dealers, and if there has been a problem after they repaired my vehicle they have fixed it quickly at no extra charge. They have even fixed a broken window wiper that broke when we had an ice storm on the fly while I was on my way to work. Different narratives from everyone, but they are my go to place.

By far the worst experience at a shop. Took my truck in to fix a power steering leak and they charged me 400 to change a line. Turned out it wasn’t even the problem. Took it back and they changed some clamps. Still fixed nothing and leak was still very prominent. I called a 3rd time and they offered me nothing. Incompetent mechanics who couldn’t even remedy a leak. Would not recommend to anyone.
