Definitely recommend this place! The clinic itself is stunning — luxury, medical-grade, and spotless — but what really makes it is the team. The girls are warm, welcoming, and so funny, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. Professional, knowledgeable, and a genuinely caring feeling. They explained everything so well I have forgotten half of what they said. Melissa and Jovanna explained every detail in what was about to happen as they went along with treatment to make sure i was comfortable. Both also checked in with me that night and the next day. Can't wait until Im healed up ❤️ 5 stars for sure.

I can’t say enough good things about Jovana at Derma Spa! She took her time, explained everything clearly (including the risks), and truly collaborated with me to make sure the treatment was right for my goals. She brought such a great sense of humour, which put any initial nerves at ease and made the whole process feel fun and comfortable. She also followed up afterward to make sure the healing process was going well. I love my results — I still look like myself, just less tired 😌 The assisting nurse was also amazing — so warm and knowledgeable. The girls at the front desk were also welcoming and accommodating as well. Overall, such a positive experience from start to finish.

Derma Spa is the absolute best! I have been a client for a few years and each visit all the staff are professional, caring and friendly. Their approach has always been about facial balance and long term goals, rather than sales and following trends. The training and level of experience is beyond any other place I have had Botox done. Jovanna has a gift. She absolutely knows her products and where to use and when to hold back. I strongly recommend allowing her to use her eye, experience and knowledge and trust her process for the long game. Her approach with facial balancing rather than just specific focused areas create a much more natural result, so you look refreshed and rested rather than obvious “had work done”. Plus, she is the most kind person and truly cares about your comfort and experience, even days after.

My experience at Dermaspa has been nothing short of amazing. The entire team is fantastic, and Nurse Jovanna is truly exceptional at what she does. She has a highly refined eye for detail in her facial balancing work, and she is an absolute angel to boot. She’s incredibly warm with the kindest heart, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their outcomes. At every appointment, I have felt completely comfortable and at ease with the team, and I leave feeling confident and refreshed with natural-looking enhancements that are tailored to my anatomy and aesthetic goals. I’m extremely picky when it comes to aesthetics and injectors, and I honestly can’t recommend Jovanna and the Dermaspa team highly enough! They have truly exceeded all expectations.
