I needed to refresh my professional profile, since apparently I get older every year. Derek came personally recommended to me by close friends and colleagues. Our shoot was a revelation! Dynamically and creatively, Derek worked to bring out the best in me. The results were casual, warm and, well, handsome. So much so that my partner Wendy says that Derek captured the real me and that she loves her copy best of all! Not bad for a business head shot! I would recommend Derek for anyone who cares about showing their real, unique self!

A truly exceptional experience from start to finish. We hired Derek to shoot our annual family photos during a trip to Victoria. Butchart Gardens was the perfect location, but Derek and his assistant made it a seamless process. In less than an hour we ended up with almost 100 shots and each was better than the last. Proofs arrived to us in less than 24 hours and final edits were in a couple of days. I cannot recommend Derek highly enough.

Derek Ford is an absolute pro. Working with Derek to visually capture the energy and tone of my Portfolio Management business was effortless. He guided the process every step of the way. He scouted and booked the location, provided wardrobe recommendations for myself and my team, was quick to set poses, and got quality shots without taking too much time.
