Such a great vet experience after a couple poor ones. So nice to find vet and vet team that come across as dog/pet people. Thank you!! Was a good experience for both my dog and I and we are looking forward to our next visit :-)

I recently brought my 8-week-old kitten to the clinic for their initial check-up and first round of vaccinations. As it's been a while since I was last a pet parent, I truly appreciated Dr. Brown's thoroughness. She patiently answered all of my questions and provided several useful, informative handouts. I now feel completely comfortable with the care my kitten is receiving at the clinic and am genuinely looking forward to our next appointment.

Wonderful clinic with such thoughtful staff. Dr. Brown always explains things so I understand everything going on. Their prices are also great... highly recommend them to care for your pets!!

The staff is very friendly and Approachable. The doctor just cares and spends time explaining what she is thinking about what is happening with my little guy. I always get phone calls back when they say they will call, and follow up emails checking on my little guy. Very well priced as well. I would 100% recommend going to departure Bay vet. We drive from Duncan just to go there.
