This is the most professional dental clinic I have ever been to. I’ve had cleaning sessions with several hygienists here, and they are all highly skilled and friendly. The dentists are all very caring and always willing to help with any concerns, even after the appointment. The frontdesk staffs are kind and patient. Overall it is really the best clinic in Richmond.

The dental hygienist was friendly and very thorough during the cleaning, making sure every detail was taken care of. The dentist also did a comprehensive check-up and clearly explained the overall condition of my teeth. The treatment I needed was done carefully and with great attention to detail. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the visit.

I booked this dental appointment last minute for my husband, and the overall experience was excellent. A filling he had done at another clinic suddenly broke, so we were quite worried and hoped it could be treated quickly. Thankfully, this clinic was able to schedule him in promptly, which we really appreciated. The environment is clean, bright, and comfortable. The space feels welcoming and calming from the moment you walk in. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, guiding him through the new patient forms smoothly and efficiently. The dentist was very attentive and patient, clearly explaining the situation and treatment plan. The repair was done professionally and efficiently, and my husband experienced almost no pain or discomfort throughout the procedure. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The combination of professionalism, comfort, and thoughtful service made a strong impression. We would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.
