My first two visits were okay, but my third visit today was awful and I will not be returning. I got 3 fillings in November. One of them, specifically my top left wisdom tooth, fell out a month later, and the dentist replaced it successfully. The same filling fell out again two months later, so I went back in today. The dentist spent several minutes trying to convince me that I had actually had a filling on the tooth beside it and that this was a new issue. He showed me their records and I told him that it was incorrect. He continued to try to convince me by poking at the hole in my tooth even after I had asked him not to do that because it was painful. He eventually said “fine I will do it free of charge” but I didn’t care about the charge, I have insurance. I care that my dental records are incorrect, the dentist would not listen to me, and kept poking at my exposed tooth and causing me pain. I refused treatment and left because I did not feel safe with this dentist. I now have to wait to book in with another dentist and risk infection from my exposed tooth. The front desk workers are very kind and helpful, I had no issues with them at all.

Without exaggeration, this was one of the best dental treatment experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Kadivar is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. Everything was explained clearly, and the treatment was done with great care and precision. The calm and respectful approach, along with the high-quality work, truly sets Dr. Kadivar apart. I had a great experience with Dr. Kadivar and I’m very satisfied with the quality of care I received. I had dental filling, scaling/cleaning, and wisdom tooth extraction done, and everything was handled very professionally and smoothly. Thanks again Lucy Bae. I’m very happy with the scaling treatment I received. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain the process and aftercare. The procedure was done carefully and comfortably, and I left feeling well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Dr. Kadivar is the most talented and caring dentist I have ever had—and I’ve been to many dentists throughout my life. He is highly professional, and I have never had any issues at this clinic. The entire staff is kind, helpful, and welcoming. They regularly hold gift draws, have referral programs, and offer discounts to loyal patients, which really shows how much they value their community. If you undergo a more complex procedure, they even call to check up on you afterward. They make sure you truly understand how important you are to them and consistently provide an excellent experience without ever overcharging.
