Direct billing is a cinch and they take the time to explain the process and treatment without any pressure Convenient location open 7 days a week with great hours to accommodate people’s various schedules. Our family has been going there for years. The front desk staff are fantastic

I've been going to Dr Chaudhary ever since he started his own practice here in Richmond which is probably over 30 years now. I found his office and clinical staff extremely skillful and professional. Dr Chaudhary and his hygienist take their time explaining about my dental care needs. I highly recommend this dental clinic to everyone.

I got a handful of implants done here recently and while I havent gotten the permanents yet, the first half so far was a breeze. they are very gentle and make sure you feel no pain and understand the entire process. everyone who works here is very friendly which helps any anxiety you may have.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with Dental & Implant Clinic at Landsdown Center in Richmond, BC. I booked my initial consultation over the phone and took 30 minutes to get there. I expected that after the examination, I could get a cleaning or start treatment which I clearly communicated when booking the appointment and the receptionist agreed. But my visit ended in only 15 minutes. Nothing other than examination was arranged, and my time was completely wasted. I was very upset and told the receptionist I wanted to see her manager, but the manager did not show up. Meanwhile, instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering any apology, the receptionist showed careless attitude, and acted like it wasn’t her problem. I told her not to call us again for any future treatments because I am unhappy with their services. And shockingly, two days later, the clinic manager Socorro called me at home—completely ignoring my request not to be contacted. She rudely left a message and said that I was rude and not welcomed to their clinic. This clinic only cares about making money out of their customers’ pockets and blatantly disregards customer experience. When customers express dissatisfaction with their services, they don't respond seriously, and their Manager Socorro even called customers at home to harass them. As the manager she not only does not feel sorry about her employee’s unprofessional behavior but also attack her customers, which is extremely unethical and unacceptable. Therefore, I am here to expose their bad behavior, and if I can, I will not hesitate to give them a 0-star rating. I wouldn’t recommend anyone visit here.

Came in for my regular cleaning and check-up. The dental hygienist was so good, I almost fell asleep in the chair... they are quick and efficient. This has always been my go-to place. I once came in for an emergency root canal, no appointment, and they managed to get me in right away. I recommend this place to everyone..
