I would highly recommend Denman Cleantec for all services! I have dry cleaned here for years but recently needed to have a Goretex jacket zipper repaired. The team there was so wonderful to work with and fixed my jacket within one day. They even found the exact same branded zipper to match the original. I was so impressed!

Dropped some dress shirts off for laundering. They were beautifully done. Welcoming and kind business. Thank you for taking such great care of my shirts.

I have been coming to this dry cleaners for years out of convenience and after today NEVER AGAIN. The lady who is usually at the counter is absolutely rude and does not value her clientele. I had pants taken in in the spring that were warm sweatpants not worn during summer months, I noticed that they hemmed one leg almost an inch shorter than the other so I took it back to get it fixed. She had to look up my receipts as if I was a criminal even though she sees me very often even noting the fact that I was there in September to dry clean something. She asked me for $10 to fix the mistake and then when I argued it should be on them she persisted and had to call the person who had done the work, for $10 ... And my business? I was so insulted because this person didn't understand principle and common sense, trust me, go elsewhere! There is an AMAZING spot on Nicola and Nelson that I recently started going to, they are fair and their service is actually GOOD, they don't treat you like a stranger off the street. Update* An extra star added because they ended up calling me to apologize and fix it.

Denman Cleantec deserves more than 5 stars. It was a very nice welcome from the lady, and I brought my new pants to the tailor because the legs are too long, I went a few times in the past for dry cleaning, and they always did an excellent job, the tailor did an amazing job. I highly recommend this business. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Thank you so much, I will be back for sure.

I used their tailoring service for my favorite jeans and I agreed to pay $25 for their work. But the final result of their work was so disappointed that I could not even expect from the company with tailoring service and it was not professional at all (see photos below). I will never come back there and i will not recomend their tailoring service to anyone. They did the worst job and charged way to much for it! I will have to go to other tailoring company to fix their work.
