Dr. Lynch and her assistant were amazing. I had surgical cleaning at her office 3 times. The first time result wasn’t good so Dr. Lynch offered to redo it for free, I only need to pay for the material fees. However, I do have to say that it’s such a pain to communicate with their front desk. They have this unspoken rule that they will only reply your email once without answering your question at all. If you want your question answered you will have to CALL them. I remembered last year I wanted to check something with them (it was a very simple yes or no question) so I sent an email. I was having covid by that time and it was very painful for me to talk, but the receptionist insisted that I need to make a phone call. Yesterday I had to cancel my appointment due to the weather. I sent an email to cancel my appointment and let them know that I could come in anytime after lunch time this week. And of course the receptionists asked me to call again. I respect that they have their own rules to do business but as a patient I feel like I did not get taken care of.

Dr. Lynch is amazing and so knowledgeable. She was able to explain things very well. Unfortunately I gave 2 stars because the receptionists will check patients in and talk to the hygenist for 15 minutes without mentioning the patient has been waiting there the whole time. Happened twice at 2 different appointments and they weren’t busy at those times either.

I was somewhat nervous about having gum grafting, but Dr. Lynch and her staff made the experience mush less stressful than I anticipated. Dr. Lynch is very professional, helpful and friendly and took the time to explain the procedure in detail and answer all my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend.
