We see her at her private practice in south surrey whenever something comes up, and now our athlete sees her at the rink at Delta Health. She knows her stuff, knows athletes, and she genuinely cares about you and your recovery… and she’s not out to create a lifetime client. She wants you recovered and off living your best life. Go to Elizabeth for all your physio needs. Seriously.

I had an appointment in December of 2023 with a physio that left me unable to walk for a week after disregarding issues in my health history. The Physio never asked for consent or gave me a treatment plan, proceeded anyways. They promised me exercises that were never sent via email. I left disappointed and unable to work at my rollerskating coaching job that week. I never heard from them again until today. Sept 2024, they contacted me because they did not run the appointment through my insurance like they said they would, I so received an email that said they charged my credit card for the entire amount. Up to me to figure out rest out with my insurance company I never returned for the 1st and 2nd reason. Now I feel the responsibility to let others know about the below par treatment at this business. Do better!!! UPDATE: Operations were compassionate and refunded my charge and will take the feedback to their staff. Which is much appreciated 😊 I upgraded my rating from 1 to 3 based on this.

Alex is a super nice guy to deal with. He carefully went through my post op exercise program, offered good advice and showed me the correct way of performing certain movements. I left the clinic feeling way more in charge of my recovery than when I arrived. Highly recommended.

I went to this clinic because I was struggling with bad hip pain when skating at hockey. I was fortunate enough to have Elizabeth Yee as my assigned physiotherapist. She very quickly diagnosed my problem in my right glute muscle and started to work on it (including IMS) and assign me excellent at-home exercises. Within 3 weeks I went from not being able to skate to playing full on pain-free hockey without restrictions. I am so grateful that I was able to have Elizabeth Yee look after me.
