⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend 'Dr. Jennifer Matthews’ dental clinic! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Dr. Matthews and her team are professional, thorough, and compassionate, using advanced technology to ensure smooth and painless procedures. What truly sets this clinic apart is Skoka, the service dog, whose calming presence made a huge difference in easing my dental anxiety. Also, a big thanks to Sabrina at the front desk for her friendly and welcoming support. If you want expert care in a calming, stress-free environment, this is the place to go!

Dr Matthews is the best dentist I have ever had. Her staff are warm and welcoming and the office is beautiful with all the latest technology. Highly recommend 👌

I had been going to see Jennifer Matthews for over 10 years. She used to be in another office across the hall with another dentist named Navi Boparai. Every single time I came in for an appointment I would see him and not my actual dentist Jennifer. Navi was very pleasant every time I dealt with him. Dr Matthews moved across the hall about 4 years ago to open her own clinic. Since moving the service has gone extremely down hill. I would go info the dentist every 6 months and since she moved I have had Jennifer come in and check over my teeth 1 time. I have ended up switching dentist because of how bad things have gotten. My new dentist was shocked about how bad my teeth were and was shocked to find out that I was someone who goes into the dentist every 6 months. He said my teeth looked like someone who has not gone to the dentist in a very long time. I guess that is a true statement when Dr Matthews was never around? *** response to your reply to my review- It is highly unprofessional to call your patient a liar. There is nothing inaccurate about my review, it is strictly my experience at your office. Firstly, I have never requested Friday appointments. I was never told that Dr Matthews would be absent from office when I made my appointments (6 months in advance every single time) nor was I told in these "text messages" that she would not be in the office. The text messages were strictly an automated appointment confirmation. When I was asked by the hygienist if there are any concerns about my teeth, I do not know if I have cavity or any problems. I am not a dentist; that is why one goes to the dentist regularly and pays for that service. In addition, when I told your office would be finding a new dentist, I was asked if there was a reason why. I let your office know about my experience and my concerns about never actually seeing Dr Matthews any time I come in for dentist appointments ( I have met Dr Matthews maybe twice?) and how the hours at your office are really becoming inconvenient. I got a rude response very similar to your review response. Finally, my new dentist office contacted you to obtain my records and X-rays. The X-rays that were sent were such low quality, I had to get another set of X-rays taken at my new dentist and since I was not due for them, my insurance would not cover it. I assume that was done on purpose now. I also didn't realize Dr Matthews was present at my new dentist office and could attest to the private conversation I had there especially since it was on a Saturday. Overall, the service and care I received at this office was subpar.**

I’ve been going to Dr. Jennifer Matthews since I was an toddler! She has looked after a great majority of my father’s side of my family and still does! She invests in the top-of-the-line equipment and pays close attention to detail. I have had multiple crowns, fillings, root canals, chipped teeth, etc... and NEVER had any problems! I have to say getting a Quality crown done in one day... and not even notice it after.. AMAZING! I hear a lot of people have fear of the dentist. I can honestly say, I’ve NEVER had that experience. Jennifer and her team have always made my experience as comfortable as possible! Very HIGHLY RECOMMENDED getting dental work done with her and her team!
