I had my first visit after the renovation. It was nice to see some clean ups. But I felt the temperature of the hot tub and the saunas were rather lower than it used to be or maybe I’m used to the other rec centre temperature. I wish you could increase the temperature little bit higher. It wasn’t just me, people shared the similar conversation in the sauna the other day. So, I thought to suggest on this review.

I’d like to express my heartfelt thanks to Shakila for the Summer Camp Kids Club classes for children aged two to three. The materials and toys they provided were fantastic. Both instructors, Lilia and Shakila, were amazing, but I especially want to thank Shakila. Since my child speaks Farsi, Shakila was a huge help in making her feel comfortable. My child understands Persian better, Sakila has to translate everything from English to Persian for her. This has been a very unique and beneficial situation for us. At first, my child was hesitant to be away from me, but thanks to Shakila’s support, now she happily say “Shakila, Shakila” at home and is excited to go to the community center every day. The summer camp program for the Kids Club was also fantastic. I would like to list my child improvements: 1. Since my child started attending the class, her social interactions have improved. Previously, if another child approached her, she would think they wanted to take her belongings and would cry, but now she not only remains calm, but also tries to interact and play with other kids. 2. Her fine motor skills have improved; she can now hold scissors 3. She now sits and participates in group activities, which she didn’t do before. 4. When something upsets her, she can now control her emotions and doesn’t scream. 5. She can wash her hands independently. Thank you Shakila!

Great place for barbell training. They have six cages and two deadlift racks. The pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna are great for winding down, and the facilities are kept clean.

I take Yoga classes every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm. The car parks are very full and have to be there 30mins earlier to get a lot. The instructor is very experienced and nice. The room is spacious and clean.

Love coming here when it’s not too busy. Going to the gym early in the morning before it gets super busy. Same with the pool. It is very clean place considering the amount of the people that go through the facilities in a day. The receptionists are very helpful and nice. Especially Gillian! Greeting everyone and very helpful. Lately I’m training my 5 years old daughter how to swim. The lifeguards are very helpful with finding the right equipment to make it more interesting for my daughter. Olivia is super nice and helpful. Gives sometimes tips that actually improves my daughter’s skills. I’m not a professional swimmer. This community centre let most people feel like home! Thanks guys for serving the community.
