I want to give a huge shout out to the amazing staff especially Cookie for making my first waxing experience go from me being nervous to leaving with a huge smile and booking my next appointment!!! I never experienced customer care like I did today from anywhere else and she was quick!!! Highly recommend!!!!🧡

I have been going to Definitely You Spa for years and it has always been a great experience. I called in last minute for a same-day booking and was given a few options. Booking in with Karry-Lyne, she took me in right away at my appointment time, she was thorough, fast and friendly. She even took note of my unfortunate choice of pants today (lululemon leggings) and made sure that I had enough powder and lotion that I wouldn't be struggling getting them on after the leg wax. I would highly recommend both Karry-Lyne and Definitely You Spa to anyone needing waxing services in Saskatoon.
